 Respect Your Body

Honor the Teacher



Your yoga teacher is there to guide you through your practice. Show respect and gratitude for their knowledge and guidance, and follow their instructions to the best of your ability.


Practice Regularly: 



Consistency is key when it comes to reaping the benefits of yoga. Make it a habit to practice yoga regularly, whether it's daily or a few times a week. This will help you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness over time.


Stay Hydrated:



Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your yoga practice. This will help to keep your body hydrated, and aid in flushing out toxins and maintaining overall health.


Dress Comfortably

Practice Non-Judgment
